Todd is the owner of Coldwell Banker Conklin & Company and the team leader of both the Residential Division and the Investments Division. The Residential Team specializes in high-end resort properties in the Wood River Valley, while the Investments Division brokers income producing properties across the western United States. Todd has many years of real estate experience in the valley and has continually been one of the top agents in the area and the nation. Todd was recognized as one of the top 3% brokers in the nation and was awarded the Presidents Elite Award in 2006. In 2007, the Residential Team was recognized as the #1 Real Estate Team in the State of Idaho as well as being awarded the coveted “Presidents Elite Award” for the 2nd year in a row. He develops strong relationships with our clients and cares about selling your property as quickly as possible. Prior to working for Coldwell Banker, George worked for the last five years as a fly fishing guide for Sturtevant's Mountain Outfitters. George and his wife Jane live with his two boys, Jack and Luke, south of Ketchum.

Kimberly is a third generation Coldwell Banker and our Exclusive Buyers Associate, she will assist you with locating, evaluating, and negotiating the property that you want. Kimberly is a native Californian who came to the beautiful Wood River Valley 7 years ago with her family to offer her two daughters, Maddie Kate and Charlotte, a healthy, active lifestyle. She fully integrated herself in the valley community by opening a Surf/ Music store which she owned and operated for 4 years. Before she re-located to Ketchum she was a member of the Edgewood Center for Children & Families Auxiliary in San Francisco for 10 years ending her final years as Fair Chair and President.

Having started her real estate career in Seattle, Washington and in Charlotte, North Carolina for 6 years, both large metropolitan markets, she realized she wanted to be part of the Wood River Valley again and enjoy all it has to offer. Krista is new to the Wood River Valley, relocating from Tacoma, Washington where she worked in Commercial Real Estate throughout the Puget Sound region. With extensive experience in both sales and leasing, she focuses on retail, office, and industrial properties. Krista leased over 131,000 square feet with over $10,650,000 in gross lease value, and over $4,000,000 in land and investments in 2007 as an agent at First Western Properties. In 2008, before deciding to move to Ketchum for the change of pace and excellent quality of life that the Valley has to offer she had over $25,000,000 million listed for sale with over 400,000 square feet for lease in the Puget Sound region. Krista brings unmatched experience, knowledge and talent in commercial real estate to the Wood River Valley. Krista graduated from Seattle University with a major in Forensic Science and Psychology and worked as a Crime Scene Investigator in King County.

Tim is a new resident of the Wood River Valley after vacationing up here for the last ten years he finally decided to make it a permanent stay. While attending University of Nevada Tim started, owned and operated a property management company in Reno for six years. After graduating with a BA in General Studies in 2005, Tim had the unique opportunity to follow his passion for rugby to Oxford, England where he played professional rugby throughout Europe. Once his rugby tour was over Tim reentered the property management business receiving his real estate license in Idaho.

She comes to us from Portland, Oregon where she worked for Van Natta Public Relations, one of the top Public Relation firms in the state. Susan is revamping our marketing and advertising on the local, national and international level. She, also, manages the web presence of our listings ensuring that each listing is easily accessible from major search engines. She is attentive to detail when getting our listings up and running and marketing each property strategically. A native Idahoan, Susan graduated from Willamette University in Oregon with a degree in Rhetoric and Media, where she was an All-American on the soccer team and played varsity tennis.

Sandy is the Office Manager and Closing Coordinator for the residential and commercial teams. With Sandy’s eight years of experience in the real estate business she is the backbone of the office. She brings her in-depth knowledge, great organization and loyalty to the office. As the Closing Coordinator she is very attentive to the details and the tracking of the sales in progress process. Before she began working in real estate, Sandy worked as a costume designer for world class, professional and competitive ice skaters. Her originally designed costumes were made locally for many of the most recognizable international names in the skating industry and regularly appeared on television and productions all over the world.
